The process typically requires around 30 days, though depending on the complexity of the embroidery and the atelier’s capacity, it may extend to 90 days — and, in the case of highly intricate heirloom pieces, up to 180 days.
These timelines are not delays but the very essence of luxury: the patience required for a masterpiece.
Every blouse is hand-cut, embroidered, and softly pressed before passing quality review. Natural variations in thread and finish are not imperfections but hallmarks of authenticity.
Once complete, we coordinate express delivery worldwide (EU 1–3 days; international 3–5 days). In some cases, the atelier may ship directly; when so, the artisan is the official shipper, while we remain your constant point of contact — coordinating updates, ensuring tracking, and stewarding the process until the piece reaches you.
