- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, perfume, or deodorant directly on the fabric to prevent stains and discoloration.

If available in stock, your piece is shipped immediately. Otherwise, production begins upon order. The process typically requires around 30 days, though depending on the complexity of the embroidery and the atelier’s capacity, it may extend to 90 days — and, in the case of highly intricate heirloom pieces, up to 180 days.
These timelines are not delays but the very essence of luxury: the patience required for a masterpiece.
Every blouse is hand-cut, embroidered, and softly pressed before passing quality review. Natural variations in thread and finish are not imperfections but hallmarks of authenticity.
Once complete, we coordinate express delivery worldwide (EU 1–3 days; international 3–5 days). In some cases, the atelier may ship directly; when so, the artisan is the official shipper, while we remain your constant point of contact — coordinating updates, ensuring tracking, and stewarding the process until the piece reaches you.
