Taking the appropriate measures
Use a measuring tape and keep it slightly loose. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Chest circumference
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal.

Waist circumference
Wrap the tape around your natural waist, just above the belly button.

Sleeve length
Place the tape at the top of your shoulder and measure down to the wrist.

Tip: If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler.
